Columbia Engineering was the lead site engineering consultant for this project and was involved in the project from the concept phase to the end of construction.

Columbia prepared land planning site sketches for client and tenant approval. Upon approval of site layout, Columbia prepared preliminary and final engineering site construction documents for the design of an eleven-acre development in Gwinnett County. The site included an 80,000 square foot warehouse for art supplies.

Columbia Engineering worked with the client, the client’s geotechnical engineer, the tenant and the tenant’s architect to provide plan production. Permits were obtained from Gwinnett County’s various departments. During construction, Columbia Engineering reviewed submittals, draw requests, and coordinated work with the contractor and owner’s construction manager.
