Wisteria Parkside, Roswell, Georgia

Columbia Engineering was the lead site engineering consultant for this project and was involved in the project from the concept phase to the end of construction.

Columbia prepared land planning site sketches for client and builder approval. Upon approval of site layout, Columbia prepared preliminary and final engineering site construction documents for the design of a 22 unit single-family attached residential located on 9.5 acres in the City of Roswell, Fulton County, Georgia.

Columbia Engineering worked closely with the client and the builder in obtaining approval from City of Roswell’s Design Review Board. In addition to the standard site development plans, Columbia Engineering’s scope of service included a steep slope analysis to determine stream buffer widths, coordination with not only the City of Roswell for permitting but also Fulton County and Georgia Department of Transportation. Columbia Engineering also prepared landscape and tree protection plans including a front entrance way for the site that preserved several large specimen trees. Columbia Engineering services also included construction staking for the site.
