Columbia Engineering was the civil engineering and landscape architecture consultant in land planning, design and permitting of this 8 acre office development. The project is located in Peachtree City, Georgia.

This project required coordination with not only the client and the owner but also with Peachtree City Development Corporation and the City of Peachtree City. Peachtree City Development Corporation has architectural and site standards for all developments within their master development. In addition the project needed a parking variance in order to work with the project constraints. These elements required close coordination with all parties to achieve an acceptable outcome.

Beyond these additional jurisdictional requirements, Columbia Engineering was responsible for coordinating acquisition of surveys, geotechnical engineering and site lighting. Our basic services included land planning, site civil engineering design and landscape architecture.
