Columbia Engineering was the civil engineering consultant responsible for landscape and irrigation construction documents as well as civil construction documents for the Athens Housing Authority Headquarters project located at 300 S. Rocksprings Street in Athens, Georgia. Columbia was involved in the early stages of the project providing due diligence research. Our project manager worked with the site plan to interface the creation and execution of the civil design. Columbia also provided management services including the monitoring of technical and performance specifications and site inspections, with punch lists, for civil, landscape and irrigation installations.
