Consolidated Theaters is a 50,580 square foot theater with stadium seating for 877, located in the Forum at Ashley Park, in Newnan, Georgia.

This theater is part of a 100 acre upscale retail development on the west side of the Newnan Bypass. This development has been under construction for the last four years. At buildout, The Forum will have approximately 650,000 square feet of retail space and ten outparcels.

Since planning began for this project, Columbia Engineering and Services, Inc. has worked hand in hand with the developer, jurisdictional agencies, environmental engineers, traffic engineers, and geotechnical engineers for over four years to bring this development to life in the City of Newnan. Extensive work was required with the environmental and traffic engineers in order to avoid numerous wetlands and stream buffers while optimizing the land use for the developer.
