Columbia provided survey services, including boundary survey, establishment of horizontal and vertical control for aerial topographic mapping, and supplemental ground run topographic surveys, for The Settings of West Point Lake, a 228 lot gated single family residential community located on approximately 479 acres in Troup County, Georgia. Columbia staked, profiled and cross-sectioned approximately 3.8 miles of roadway, provided field location of streams and draws for 404 permitting, field located soil borings for soils studies, and prepared and recorded the final plats for each phase.
